Khadija (34, pictured here with chef Dirk) was born and raised in Brussels and lives in Schaerbeek. She loves swimming and fitness, city outings and shopping. Dunkirk is her favourite holiday destination. Khadija's great passion is cooking. For her family, she likes to make Italian and Moroccan dishes. Her signature dish is tagine with veal and prunes. After previous experience in the catering industry, she is able to follow training at sandwich bar BelO, through Actiris. Khadija learns new things every day there and the contact with colleagues is great. She is less enthusiastic about her hometown. She thinks Brussels has become too violent in recent years. One day she might move to Antwerp or Sint-Niklaas, cities she likes to visit and where she has family living.
